Meet Carol
Carol has over 25 years of experience in real estate and was born and raised in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. She raised her son, Austin, here and now enjoys spending time with her grandchildren—hiking, exploring, and soaking in everything the outdoors has to offer.
Before starting her real estate career, Carol worked as a paralegal, giving her a strong foundation in contracts and negotiation. She also has personal experience as an investor and property owner, having bought and managed rental properties alongside her son. This background gives her a unique edge when working with other investors—she knows exactly what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to spot the dos and don’ts when buying or selling a property.
Even though she knows the backroads of Blue Ridge and the surrounding areas like the back of her hand, Carol still loves riding through the region with her clients and seeing it all through their eyes. She’s deeply familiar with the local market and is happy to provide a free market analysis for any property you're interested in buying or selling.

Austin was born and raised in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, where he’s now raising his own family on a small farm. His
deep roots in the area and his hands-on experience make him
a valuable guide for anyone looking to buy or sell property in
the North Georgia region.
With a background in construction and years of experience as a local fishing guide, Austin brings a unique perspective to real estate. He knows the land—every stream, trail, and backroad—and he’s passionate about helping people discover what makes this area so special. Whether he’s walking lots with clients or hiking local trails in his free time, Austin combines his knowledge of the terrain with a genuine love for the community.
